Q. How do I set up Use Your ISP?

A. Before you begin, you need to get this information from your ISP:
  • The name of your ISP
  • At least two local access phone numbers to connect to your ISP
  • The user name or login for your ISP. (This needs to be the user name that you set up with your ISP, which is not always the same as your MSN TV service Internet name)
  • The password that you have set up with your ISP
Once you have this information follow these steps:
  1. From your Home page, choose Settings
  2. Choose Dialing (Dialing and connecting for Canadian subscribers)
  3. Choose Use an ISP
  4. Choose Signing up to use an ISP
  5. Choose Sign up now
  6. You will be guided through an online process of setting up your ISP
