If you recently accepted the update that included printing support (Client
2.5.9Print), but would rather use MSN Chat and view MPEGs, you can accept a
different version of the update (Client 2.5.9MPEG).
Before you decide to accept Client 2.5.9MPEG, please verify your current
version of software by following these steps:
- Turn off your receiver by pressing the Power key on your keyboard
- Press the Options key on your keyboard twice
- Type 411
- You'll see the lights on the front of your receiver flash.
- Press the Power key on your keyboard
- You’ll see a screen with some information about your receiver
- Look at the number listed next to the word ‘Client’
- Make sure that you have taken the 2.5.9MPEG Update:
