If you recently accepted the update that included MSN Chat and MPEG support
(Client 2.5.9MPEG), but would rather have the ability to print, you can accept
a different version of the update (Client 2.5.9Print).
Before you decide to accept Client 2.5.9Print, please verify the version of
software by following these steps:
- Turn off your receiver by pressing the Power key on your keyboard
- Press the Options key on your keyboard twice
- Type 411
- You'll see the lights on the front of your receiver flash
- Press the Power key on your keyboard
- You’ll see a screen with some information about your receiver
- Look at the number listed next to the word ‘Client’
- Make sure it says ‘2.5.9MPEG displayed next to the word ‘Client’
- Select the following link to accept the Client 2.5.9Print Update:
